Laboratory of Gene Recombination
For safe usage of Risk-Grade 2 biomaterials in basic and clinic experiments in E-DA Hospital, the Laboratory of Gene Recombination was established in June 2011 with approval and under surveillance of the Institutional Biosafety Committee as well as the Center for Disease Control of Taiwan Government. The present chief of the Laboratory of Gene Recombination is Tai, Tzong-Shyuan PH.D. (also a Principle Investigator in Laboratory of Clinical Immunology). The facility is open for not only researchers in E-DA Hospital but also faculty of I-Shou University, whoever has got the permits from the Institutional Biosafety Committee, either E-DA Hospital or I-Shou University.
