為建立前瞻性、創新性之醫學教育，與推廣國際醫療人才培育暨學術交流，使義大醫院成為國際一流醫學中心，2015年特於義大醫院醫學教育部底下設立國際醫學教育中心，以發展配合當地文化之卓越國際醫學教育。

Center for International Medical Education, established in 2015, is an academics-based global arm of the Department of Medical Education at E-Da Hospital. E-Da Hospital, founded by Mr. I-Shou Lin, is one of the innovative healthcare systems in the Taiwan. We have partnered with healthcare systems and academic institutions in 14 countries and focused on collaboratively developing custom solutions to impose sustainable changes. Consequently, communities across the globe are expected to gain access to a higher standard of healthcare.

國際醫學教育中心其主要特色為配合政府培育友邦醫療人才，期待培育具國際醫療水準與服務熱忱之醫療人才，並於畢業後返回原國家服務，改善當地醫療資源不足之情形，提升全球醫療品質之水準。

Center for International Medical Education aims to collaborate with central government in fostering personnel of healthcare of our diplomatic allies. Our goal is to assist partner institutions and countries to develop customized academic and educational programs that meet the unique needs of each individual identity and its stakeholders as well as the community and people it serves.
