藥理作用
Biliary colic, gastrointestinal tract spasm, organophosphate poisoning, mydriasis induction, premedication for anesthetic procedure, cycloplegic refraction

抗膽鹼性藥物
懷孕分級
C 動物試驗顯示有致畸胎的結果，但沒有針對孕婦或動物有對照組的研究可證明其危險性。
授乳安全性

用法用量
Adults:
Anticholinergic: SC,IM,IVP 0.4-0.6 mg q4-6h
GI X-ray: IM 1mg
Inhibit salivation and secretions (preanesthesia): IM 0.2-0.6mg pre-OP 1-1.5hrs
Bradycardia: IVP 0.4-1mg q1-2hrs; max: 2mg
Children:
Inhibit salivation and secretions: SC 0.1-0.6mg
Anticholinergic: SC 0.01mg/kg q4-6h; max:0.4mg
Bradycardia: IVP 0.01-0.03mg/kg
Cholinesterase inhibitor(antidote): IVP, IM initial 1mg then 0.5-1mg repeat every 3-5 minutes as needed
Cycloplegic refraction:
Adults: 2 drops tid
Children: 1 drop tid
副作用
Dryness of the month, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, local irritation, Hot skin, impaired GI motility, constipation, dry throat, dry mouth, dry nose, anhidrosis, diaphoresis, irritation at inject site
禁忌
1.glaucoma, or a predisposition to narrow anterior chamber angle glaucoma
2.children who have previously had severe systemic reaction to atropine (ophthalmic formulation)
注意事項
1.IVP需緩慢注射
2.具有眼睛潛在性器官毒性(青光眼)，使用前須先評估，如有相關問題則不建議使用
