Psoriasis
Adults: 10-70mg (based on weight; approximately 0.6 mg/kg)1.5-2 hrs before exposure to UV light, 2-3 times at least 48 hrs apart, dosage is based upon patient’s body weight and skin type
Vitiligo
Children >12 yrs and adults: 20mg 2-4 hrs before exposure to UVA light or sunlight, limit exposure to 15-40 min based on skin basic color and exposure

Itching, nausea, severe edema, hypotension, nervousness, vertigo, depression, painful blistering, burning, peeling of skin

Invasive squamous cell cancer, severe cardiac disease

1. Special care should be taken during concomitant administration of photosensitizing agents
2.肝功能不良者須調整劑量
