Antiflatulent
Infants and Children <2 yrs or <11 kg: 20 mg 4 times/day, as needed
Children >2 yrs or >11 kg: 40 mg 4 times/day, as needed
Adults: 120-240mg/day tid-qid
Diagnostic aid (gastroscopy): 40-80mg in 10ml of water, 15-40 min before diagnostic procedure
Radiography: 120-240mg/day divided to 3 dose since 3-4 days before diagnostic procedure（驅除腸內氣體） |
