B 動物試驗中無法證實對胎兒有害，但沒有以人做較嚴謹的研究。或動物試驗報告對胎兒有害，但對懷孕婦女有對照組的研究中無法證明對胎兒有害。

Diabetes insipidus
IM, SC
Child: 2.5-10IU 2-4 times/day
Adults: 5-10IU 2-4 times/day
Abdominal distension, prophylaxis-postoperative complication
IM
5IU postoperatively, increase to 10IU at subsequent injections repeated at 3-4 hrs intervals if necessary
GI bleeding, (EV bleeding)
IVF, dilute in D5W or NS to 0.1-1IU/ml, initial 0.2-0.4IU/min, then titrate dose as needed
Septic shock(off-label use)
Initial, 0.01 units/min continuous IV, MAX of 0.07 units/min if needed to achieve target blood pressure response
Doses >0.04 units/minute can cause cardiac ischemia and should be reserved for salvage therapy

Increased blood pressure, arrhythmias, chest pain, myocardial infarction, fever, vertigo, urticaria, abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, tremor, bronchial constriction

1.IV infusion: Dilute aqueous in D5W or NS to 0.1-1IU/ml.
2.使用24hrs後，infusion rate應依病人反應調整
