Maintenance: SC 90 mg every 8 weeks; begin maintenance dosing 12 weeks after the IV induction dose.

Nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, fatigue, diarrhea

活動性感染(如活動性結核)

1.未開封需冷藏於2-8℃，僅供一次使用
2.靜脈注射液備製：先由250ml 0.9%NaCl溶液抽出丟棄與準備加入之stelara同量的0.9%NaCl溶液(施打1支stelara需先丟棄26ml 0.9%NaCl)，再加入stelara後混和均勻。
3.靜脈注射液藥品稀釋後可存放4小時。
4.治療期間或開始治療前一年內或停止治療後一年內皆不可接種卡介苗(BCG)
