用法用量
IVF
Initial infusion: Start infusion at a rate of 50 mg/hour; if there is no infusion-related reaction, increase the rate by 50 mg/hour increments every 30 minutes, to a maximum rate of 400 mg/hour.
Subsequent infusions: If patient tolerated initial infusion, start at 100 mg/hour; if there is no infusion-related reaction, increase the rate by 100 mg/hour increments every 30 minutes, to a maximum rate of 400 mg/hour.
Low-grade or Follicular Non-Hodgkin lymphomas(NHL):
375mg/m2 once weekly for 4 doses for 4 or 8 doses
Diffuse Large B-cell NHL :
CHOP regimen-375 mg/m2 on day 1 of each chemotherapy cycle for up to 8 doses
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia(CLL) :
375 mg/m2 IV infusion on the day prior to initiation of fludarabine/cyclophosphamide, then 500 mg/m2 on day 1 (every 28 days) of cycles 2 to 6
Granulomatosis and microscopic polyangiitis:
Induction, 375 mg/m2 once weekly for 4 doses, then 500 mg IV 2 weeks later, and 500 mg IV every 6 months thereafter as clinically indicated.
Pemphigus vulgaris:
Initial 1 g once every 2 weeks for 2 doses, maintenance 500 mg once 12 months after initial therapy, then every 6 months thereafter or based on clinical evaluation.
副作用
Dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, abdominal pain
禁忌
注意事項
1.Do not administer as an IV push or bolus
2.Dilute to a final concentration of 1 to 4 mg/ml.
