藥理作用
Prevention of isoimmunization in Rh-negative individuals exposed to Rh-positive blood during delivery of an Rh-positive infant, as a result of an abortion, following amniocentesis or abdominal trauma or following a transfusion accident; prevention of hemolytic disease of the newborn if there is a subsequent pregnancy with an Rh-positive fetus

Postpartum prophylaxis
HyperRHO: 165mg, preferably within 72 hrs of delivery
Igamad: 1000-1500IU is recommended, not later than 72hrs postpartum
Antepartum prophylaxis
HyperRHO:165mg at 26-28 wks gestation and 165mg within 72 hrs after an
Igamad: 1000-1500IU in the 28th week of pregnancy; ；若胎兒是Rh陽性，必須再追加一劑，同時最好在分娩後72小時內追加。
After interruption of pregnancy, extrauterine pregnancy or hydatidiform mole
(1)before the 12th weeks of pregnancy:600-750IU if possible within 72hrs of event
(2)after the 12th weeks of pregnancy:1250-1500IU if possible within 72hrs of event
Rh-incompatible delivery to prevent Rh isoimmunization during pregnancy
副作用
Hypotension, pallor, vasodilation, chills, dizziness,
fever, headache, somnolence, pruritus, rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea
禁忌
not use in neonates
