X 動物或人體的試驗中或使用經驗發現對胎兒有害，而造成的傷害明顯大於可能的益處。

Unsafe

IVP(over over 15 seconds or 1 minute)
Induction of procedural sedation
Healthy adults: 5 mg(Procedural sedation with opioid) or 7mg(Procedural sedation withOUT opioid) over 1 minute. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) physical status III or IV patients: 2.5 to 5 mg over 1 minute based on general condition of patient.
Maximal total dose: 33mg
Wait 2 minutes.
Maintenance of procedural sedation
Healthy adults: 2.5 mg over 15 seconds as needed; at least 2 minutes must elapse prior to administration of any supplemental dose.
ASA physical status III or IV patients: 1.25 to 2.5 mg over 15 seconds as needed; at least 2 minutes must elapse prior to administration of any supplemental dose.
Maximal total dose: 17.5mg
IVF
Induction of anaesthesia
Set to 6 mg/min and measured against the response of the patient until clinical signs show the onset of anaesthesia and, in cases where needed, could be up-titrated to a maximum of 12 mg/min.
Maintenance of anaesthesia
Recommended starting dose for maintenance of anaesthesia is 1 mg/min with a range of 0.1-2.5 mg/min based on clinical judgement in order to maintain satisfactory anaesthesia. For maintenance of anaesthesia, during the ongoing infusion, additional boluses of 6 mg over one minute can be given according to clinical requirements. A maximum of three boluses not less than 5 min apart can be administered within 60 min.
Towards the end of surgery (e.g. 15 min before the end) the dose of remimazolam may be titrated down to facilitate more rapid recovery from the anaesthetic effects.

Hypotension, hypertension, increased diastolic blood pressure and systolic hypertension, hypoxia

對含有dextran 40或其他benzodiazpines有嚴重過敏史、不穩定之重症肌無力病人

1.影響駕駛和操作機械能力，在完全康復之前不要駕駛車輛或操作機器
2.酒精可能大幅增強鎮靜作用，因此應避免於使用藥物前 24 小時內飲酒
3.藥品配製：
(1)IVP: 沿瓶壁加入8.2ml 0.9%NaCl，輕輕旋轉小瓶(勿劇烈搖晃)；調配完成的產品溶液最終濃度為2.5 mg/ml。
(2)IVF: 沿瓶壁加入4.1ml 0.9%NaCl(濃度5mg/ml)，輕輕旋轉小瓶(勿劇烈搖晃)，取出所需藥量，加入0.9%NaCl溶液中，使其最終濃度為1-2mg/ml
(3)藥品配製後於25℃下可保存24小時
5.與Lactated Ringer’s Solution不相容，可能造成沉澱／混濁，⽽阻塞⾎管流通部位
6.哺乳婦女若使用藥物鎮靜5⼩時後，中斷哺餵、擠出並丟棄⺟乳

服藥期間需避免併用酒精性飲料，可能增強鎮靜效果
