Pneumonia, hospital acquired or ventilator associated
1.25g Q6H. Duration of therapy varies based on disease severity and response to therapy; treatment is typically given for 7 days, but a longer course may be required for severe or complicated infection.
Urinary tract infection, complicated
1.25g Q6H. Total duration of therapy ranges from 5 to 14 days; for patients with symptomatic improvement within the first 48 to 72 hours, some experts recommend shorter courses of 5 to 10 days (or 7 to 10 days if therapy is completed with imipenem/cilastatin/relebactam)
Intra-abdominal infection, complicated
1.25g Q6H. Total duration of therapy is 4 to 5 days following adequate source control; for infections managed without surgical or percutaneous intervention, a longer duration may be necessary.

Diarrhea, increased AST, nausea

1.藥品配製：
(1)稀釋液：0.9%NCl, 5% Dextrose, 5% Dextrose+0.9%NCl, 5% Dextrose+0.45%NCl, 5% Dextrose+0.225%NCl
(2)稀釋後總體積：100mL
(3)配製方法：將稀釋液抽出20mL，其中10mL溶解乾粉，並將溶解後溶液加入稀釋液中，再將剩餘10mL稀釋液加入小瓶中充分搖動，確保完全將小瓶中的藥轉移至稀釋液中。
(4)腎功能不佳患者稀釋後總體積：
A.Clcr 60-89mL/min: 80mL
B.Clcr 30-59mL/min or CVVH: 60mL
C.Clcr 15-29mL/min or HD/PD : 40mL
(5)配製後保存：室溫(最高30°C)下可保存2小時；在2至8°C下可保存24小時。
