用法用量
IVP(inject slowly)
Depending on the size of the area to be treated. Generally, the dose of 2 mg Polidocanol (lauromacrogol 400) per kg body weight per day should not be exceeded.
Central veins of spider veins: 0.1- 0.2 ml liquid 0.25 %-1 % are injected intravascularly.
Reticular veins (1 to 3 mm diameter): 0.1-0.3 ml liquid 1 % are injected intravascularly.
Small varices: 0.1-0.3 ml liquid 1 % are injected intravascularly.
Medium-sized varices: 0.5-1 ml liquid 2% or 3% are injected intravascularly
Large varices: In the first treatment, only one injection of 1 ml of liquid 3 % should be administered. Depending on the outcome and the length of the segment to be treated, several injections (2-3) with up to 2 ml per injection may be administered in subsequent treatment sessions, provided that the maximum dose is not exceeded.
Haemorrhoidal disease: During one treatment session, a total of 3ml liquid 3% should not be exceeded. Depending on the findings, a maximum of 1 ml per haemorrhoid is administered as a strictly submucous injection. When treating an 11 o’clock haemorrhoid in men, the quantity injected must not exceed 0.5 ml.
副作用
Neovascularization, haematoma, skin hyperpigmentation, ecchymosis, injection site pain
禁忌
Acute severe systemic diseases, immobility, severe arterial occlusive disease, thromboembolic diseases, high risk of thrombosis
注意事項
1.給藥後，應觀察患者 15-20 分鐘，以防發生過敏或過敏反應
2.靜脈曲張注射部位應使用彈性繃帶或彈力襪，並步行30分鐘。加壓繃帶或彈力襪依據部位、大小不同使用數日至數月不等
3.哺乳期間如需進行治療，建議停止哺乳2-3天。
