Adult: 0.5 mL as a single dose
Child:
Infants ≥6 weeks and <15 months:
0.5 mL per dose for a total of 4 doses given at 2, 4, 6, and 12 through 15 months of age.
7 to less than 12 months:
0.5 mL/dose IM as a 3-dose series. Administer the second dose approximately 8 weeks after the first dose (minimum interval of 4 weeks); administer the 3rd dose at least 8 weeks after the second dose and between 12 and 15 months of age.
1 year to less than 2 years:
0.5 mL/dose IM as a 2-dose series. Administer the second dose at least 8 weeks after the first dose.
2 years to less than 5 years:
0.5 mL IM as a single dose

Injection-site reaction(including erythema, pain, swelling), fever, decrease appetite, drowsiness
