用法用量
IVF
Breast cancer, metastatic:IVF(over 30 minutes)260 mg/m2 every 3 weeks
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC):IVF(over 30 minutes) 100 mg/m2 on days 1, 8, and 15 of each 21-day cycle (in combination with carboplatin)
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma, metastatic:IVF(over 30-40 minutes) 125 mg/m2 on days 1, 8, and 15 of a 28-day cycle (in combination with gemcitabine)
副作用
Alopecia, neutropenia, ECG abnormality, Increased AST and ALT
禁忌
Baseline neutrophil count of <1500/mm3
注意事項
1.將20ml 0.9% NaCl以超過1分鐘，緩慢注入小瓶內壁，溶解凍晶粉末。
2.配製後於2-8℃下，避光可保存24小時；於室溫和光照環境最多可儲存4小時
