Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (previously untreated; in combination with chlorambucil)
IVF
Cycle 1: 100 mg on day 1 (rate:25mg/hr), followed by 900 mg on day 2 (rate:50mg/hr for 30 minutes; if tolerated, may escalate rate in increments of 50 mg/hour every 30 minutes to a maximum rate of 400 mg/hour.), followed by 1,000 mg weekly for 2 doses (days 8 and 15); treatment cycle is 28 days
Cycles 2 through 6: 1,000 mg on day 1 every 28 days for 5 doses.
Follicular lymphoma
IVF 1000mg
Cycle 1: 1000 mg weekly for 3 doses on day 1, day 8, and day 15; treatment cycle is either 21 or 28 days (depending on combination therapy)
Cycles 2-6 or cycles 2-8: 1000 mg on D1 every 28 days Obinutuzumab monotherapy: 1000 mg every 2 months for 2 years.
rate:50mg/hr for 30 minutes; if tolerated, may escalate rate in increments of 50 mg/hour every 30 minutes to a maximum rate of 400 mg/hour.

Infusion related reaction, thrombocytopenia, anemia, fever

1.不可以靜脈推注(push)或灌注方式(bolus)給藥
2.製備輸注液：
(1)慢性淋巴球性白血病(CLL)第1週期第1天： 將4ml(100mg)加入100ml 0.9%NaCl輸注袋稀釋，立即給藥。剩餘36ml(900mg)加入250ml 0.9%NaCl輸注袋稀釋，保存於2-8℃，供第二天使用。
(2)慢性淋巴球性白血病(CLL)第1週期第8、15天、第2-6週期，及濾泡性淋巴瘤(FL)： 40ml(1000mg)加入250ml 0.9%NaCl輸注袋稀釋。
3.藥品以0.9%NaCl稀釋濃度至0.4-4mg/mL，於冷藏2-8℃可存放24小時，後再置於室溫≦30℃可存放48小時(含輸注時間)
