2個月以上兒童及成人之主動免疫接種，以預防B型奈瑟氏腦膜炎雙球菌所引起的侵入性腦膜炎雙球菌疾病

C 動物試驗顯示有致畸胎的結果，但沒有針對孕婦或動物有對照組的研究可證明其危險性。

Infants 2 to 5 months:
(1)3-dose series 1 month apart, followed by a booster dose between 12 to 23 months of age; total 4-doses.
(2)2-dose series 2 month apart, followed by a booster dose between 12 to 23 months of age; total 3-doses.
Infants 6 months to <12 months (unvaccinated):
First and second dose administered at least 2 months apart; third dose is administered during second year of life at least 2 months after the second dose.
Children ≥1 year to <2 years of age (unvaccinated):
first and second dose administered at least 2 months apart; third dose is administered 12 to 23 months after the second dose.
Children ≥2 years, adolescents and adult:
Total of 2 doses, administered at least 1 month apart.
Consider a single booster dose for those individuals at continued risk of exposure to meningococcal disease as per current guideline recommendations.

Erythema and pain at injection site, chills, headache

1.限深部肌肉注射
2.於2-8℃冷藏保存；如拿出於25℃之溫度下，最長達48小時仍可維持品質穩定。
3.施打前請充分震搖，使形成均勻的乳白色懸浮液
4.未滿8周之嬰兒及50歲以上之成人效果及安全性尚未確立
5.製程初期會使用Kanamycin，但製程後期便會去除，如有殘留含量不超過0.01mcg/劑
6.可與其他常規疫苗同時施打，應施打於不同部位
