Ovulation induction
Initial, 75 IU daily for 14 days in the first cycle; incremental dose adjustments of up to 37.5 IU may be considered after 14 days based on ovarian response; further dose increases of the same magnitude can be made, if necessary, every 7 days (maximum dose: 300 IU daily). In general, therapy should not exceed 35 days.
Multifollicular development during assisted reproductive technology
Initial, 150 IU daily beginning on cycle day 2 or 3 for up to 10 days, until sufficient follicular development; titration, may adjust dose after 5 days in 75 to 150 IU increments at 3-5 day intervals; maximum dose 450 IU/day. Women with anovulation resulting from severe LH and FSH deficiency
Initial, 75-150 IU daily. If an FSH dose increase is deemed appropriate, dose adaption should preferably be after 7-14 day intervals and preferably by 37.5-75 IU increment.
Male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism
150 IU three times a week, together with hCG, for a minimum of 4 months.

(2)應放置於原包裝避光冷藏(2-8℃)儲存，於25℃下保存3個月
(3)旦打開使用，在無冷藏情形下(或25°C以下)最多可儲存28 天
(4)以皮下注射，應每天更換注射部位
