Initial 40 IU/kg 3 times per week, then then increases of more than 80 IU/kg 3 times per week over a 4-week period; MAX: 720 IU/kg/week
Anemia, Due to chemotherapy
Initial, 450 IU/kg per week as 1 weekly injection or in divided doses 3 to 7 times per week; MAX: 900 IU/kg/week
副作用
Hypertension, headache, hypertensive crisis, thromboembolic disorder
禁忌
高血壓控制不良的患者
注意事項
1.應冷藏於2-8°C保存。
2.移出冰箱，於單一時間內在室溫下(不超過25oC)存放最多三天。
