Volume expansion/shock
Children: Total dose should not exceed 20ml/kg during first 24 hrs
Adults: 500-1000ml (20-40ml/min); max: 20ml/kg for first 24 hrs; 10ml/kg/day thereafter, not continue beyond 5 days
Pump prime
Varies with the volume of the pump oxygenator, general dose of 1-2g/kg
Prophylaxis of venous thrombosis/pulmonary embolism
During surgical procedure 50-100g on the day of surgery, then 50g (500ml)
2-3 days during the period of risk (up to 2 wks postoperatively), usual max infusion rate for nonemergency use 4ml/min

Mild hypotension, tightness of chest, wheezing

Severe bleeding disorders, pulmonary edema, renal disease with severe oliguria or anuria, severe congestive heart failure

1.Active hemorrhage, bowel surgery, thrombocytopenia
2.肝、腎功能不良者小心使用
