用法用量
IVD/IVF(over 30 min): 6000U/m2 qod for 3-4 wks or 1000-20000U/m2 daily for 10-20 days
副作用
Fever, chills, analphylaxis, bone marrow suppression, acute renal failure,
hyperuricemia, hyperglycemia, hepatotoxicity, urticaria, angioedema
禁忌
注意事項
1. Further dilutions in D5W or NS is stable for 8 hrs at room temperature
2. An intradermal skin test is recommended (1-10IU/0.1ml)
