用法用量
IVF (rate:<1.4ml/min,<1.1mg/min, >90min )
Adult: Loading dose 200mg on day 1, then 100mg qd
Ref: NeoFox
1 month or older children:
Candidemia and other Candida infections (intra-abdominal abscess and peritonitis)
Loading dose: 3 mg/kg IV (not to exceed 200 mg) on day 1
Maintenance dose: 1.5 mg/kg (not to exceed 100 mg) IV daily for at least 14 days after the last positive culture while taking into consideration the patient's clinical response

Rash, urticaria, flushing, pruritus, dyspnea, hypotension
禁忌
注意事項
1.本品為院內管制性抗生素，開立醫囑時需照會感染科醫師同意後方可使用。
2.未開封儲存於2-8℃
3.配置方式:以30ml注射用水溶解，再以100ml D5W或0.9% NaCl稀釋
4.溶解後於25℃可存放24hrs，稀釋後於25℃可存放48hrs
