黴菌病性感染症、對發燒的重度嗜中性白血球缺乏症患者可能罹患黴菌感染症之經驗療法

B 動物試驗中無法證實對胎兒有害，但沒有以人做較嚴謹的研究。或動物試驗報告對胎兒有害，但對懷孕婦女有對照組的研究中無法證明對胎兒有害。

IVF
Test dose: 1mg +20ml D5W IVF over 20-30 min
Maintenance 0.25-1.5mg/kg/day diluted in 500ml D5W IVF over 4-6 hrs
Cumulative dose: IVF 1-4g (usual duration: 4-12 wks)
Bladder irrgation(膀胱沖洗)
Intermittently or continuously 30-50 mg diluted in 20-1000 mL of sterile water via bladder irrigation for 2-14 days

Fever, chills, headache, cardiac arrest, malaise, anemia, leukocytosis, hypotension, thrombocytopenia, thrombophlebitis, hypokalemia, anaphylaxis hypomagnesemia, urinary retention, renal tubular acidosis, hepatotoxicity

1.本品溶液配製限以Dis-water溶解乾粉再以D5W溶液稀釋
2.開封後儲存：室溫24小時，冷藏1星期
