1.21-hour IV regimens:
(1)Administer an initial loading dose of 150 mg/kg IV over 60 minutes
(2)Next, infusion at 12.5 mg/kg/hour IV for 4 hours
(3)Finally, infusion at 6.25 mg/kg/hour IV for 16 hours
This treatment protocol provides a total of 300 mg/kg over 20 to 21 hours. The treatment period is often extended when patients have large ingestions or elevated serum transaminase activity. This is discussed below.
2.12-hour protocol
Loading dose of 50 mg/kg/hour for two hours, followed by an infusion of 20 mg/kg/hour for 10 hours.
Acetylcysteine is stopped once the international normalized ratio (INR) is less than 1.3, the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) concentration is less than 100 U/L (and not more than twice the admission value), and the serum acetaminophen concentration is less than 20 mg/L (ie, 20 mcg/mL or 132 micromol/L).
If these criteria are not met, the final infusion rate is continued.

Consists of 18 doses; total dose delivered: 1,330 mg/kg
Loading dose: 140 mg/kg.
Maintenance dose: 70 mg/kg every 4 hours; repeat dose if emesis occurs within 1 hour of administration.

Rash, urticaria, pruritus, rhinorrhea, drowsiness, chest tightness, stomatitis, nausea, vomiting, fever, bronchospasm

1.可能有硫臭味非產品變質。
2.Hidonac:注射速率不宜過快，開封後室溫下可保存24小時。
3.Hidonac:與橡膠、鐵、銅、鎳會產生化學反應，建議使用玻璃或塑膠器具。
4.Hidonac:氣喘患者須小心使用。
